Privacy

A clear process that respects your information.

This page explains in plain language how information submitted through the onlinekongre.com offer form is used. Last updated: 25 August 2026.

Information we collect

The offer form requires your full name and email address. Company or organization, phone number, offer amount, currency and message are optional. A technical security check may be used to reduce form abuse; a full IP address is not stored alongside the offer record in the database.

Google Analytics is enabled only when PUBLIC_GA4_ID is configured. Form names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages and offer amounts are never included in analytics event parameters.

Why we use it

The information is used only to evaluate an offer for onlinekongre.com, ask for relevant clarification, discuss potential sale terms and contact you about the enquiry. Submitting the form does not mean the offer has been accepted or that a sale agreement has been created.

Sharing and security

The offer and communication process is handled through Kodkit Web Services. Information is not shared unnecessarily beyond the people and technical providers needed to review the enquiry. The application is designed for HTTPS transport, server-side validation, rate limiting and a database with restricted access.

Retention and contact

Offer records are retained for a reasonable period to review the enquiry, conduct discussions and manage a potential sale. Records that are no longer needed should be deleted or anonymized. You may contact Kodkit Web Services to ask about your information or request correction or deletion.
